INDEPENDENT VERDICT
Grant Park Ventures has one of the most important entity-separation issues in this research batch because SEC records contain at least two materially different fund architectures using the Grant Park Ventures name. One group centers on Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC and identifies Christopher Hanson, Jared Snow, a Dover address and the telephone number 408-206-6612. Its Series 2 vehicle filed on May 1, 2026 with a fixed $943,415 equity offering that was already fully sold to 18 investors. A second group consists of vehicles legally named as series of Grant Park Ventures, LP, using Washington addresses, telephone number 206-801-6359, Fund GP LLC and Belltower Fund Group Ltd. Examples include LU-0722 Fund I and the fully sold $419,588 NI-0225 Fund III filed in June 2026. The public Grant Park Ventures website describes an early-stage portfolio including Apptronik, Aalo, Blitzy, Lunar Outpost, Shield AI, Dyme Medical, Candosa, Otmow and Ucardia, but it does not visibly publish the CIKs, Belltower relationship or legal series names needed to prove that every SEC issuer carrying "Grant Park Ventures" belongs to that same public venture brand. The correct conclusion is therefore not to merge all Grant Park filings into one sponsor-level AUM figure.
THE HANSON LINEAGE IS TRACEABLE FROM FUND II TO THE NEW SERIES PLATFORM
There is a concrete historical trail linking Christopher Hanson to the Grant Park Ventures name long before the 2026 Series 2 filing. Grant Park Ventures Fund II LLC filed Form D in October 2018 from Dallas, Texas and identified Chris Hanson as the executive officer and managing-member-level controller. That older filing used the same 408-206-6612 telephone number that appears on the 2026 Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC Series 2 filing. The new Series 2 issuer, CIK 0002132902, was organized in Delaware in 2025 and filed on May 1, 2026. It reports a January 21, 2026 first sale, a total offering of exactly $943,415, the full $943,415 sold, zero remaining and 18 investors, while Christopher Hanson appears as a director and Jared Snow signs as Chief of Staff. No broker-dealer, sales commission or finder fee is reported. This continuity of brand, Hanson involvement and telephone number is much stronger evidence than the name alone and suggests that the newer Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC structure represents an evolution of the Hanson-linked venture platform rather than an unrelated issuer that merely chose a similar name.
THE BELLTOWER-LINKED GRANT PARK SERIES ARE A DIFFERENT REGULATORY CHAIN
The complication is that other SEC filings using "Grant Park Ventures" show an entirely different governance architecture. LU-0722 Fund I, a series of Grant Park Ventures, LP, was organized in Delaware in 2024 and uses a Seattle address. Its filings identify Fund GP LLC as general partner and Belltower Fund Group Ltd. as a related director or administrative entity. By 2026 the same architecture appears in NI-0225 Fund III, a series of Grant Park Ventures, LP, which uses 2006 196th Street SW, Suite 114, Lynnwood, Washington and again identifies Fund GP LLC and Belltower Fund Group Ltd. NI-0225 Fund III filed on June 8, 2026 with a $419,588 offering fully sold, a $5,000 minimum and no reported commissions or finder fees. Other small vehicles using the same LP architecture include Grant Park Ventures LP-E1, Grant Park Ventures LP-E3 and CA-0722 Fund I. Because these filings use different telephone numbers, addresses, governance entities and signers from the Hanson/Snow LLC-series structure, FilingDossier does not treat them as automatically belonging to the same investment manager merely because the Grant Park Ventures words appear in the legal name.
THE WEBSITE PORTFOLIO IS REAL, BUT THE LEGAL BRIDGE IS INCOMPLETE
The public website at grantparkventures.com describes Grant Park Ventures as an early-stage venture capital fund backing companies in healthcare, fintech, logistics and software. Its current public portfolio includes Apptronik, Aalo, Blitzy, Lunar Outpost, Shield AI, Dyme Medical, Candosa, Otmow and Ucardia. That gives the brand a concrete operating profile rather than a generic venture-capital landing page. The website also says the fund name refers to Grant Park in Los Altos, California, where the founders grew up playing sports together. What the public site does not visibly provide is equally important: FilingDossier did not find a displayed CIK, CRD, SEC 801 number, "Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC," the Series 2 legal name, Belltower Fund Group or the Washington Grant Park Ventures LP series. The portfolio therefore supports the existence and investment focus of the public brand, but the public website alone cannot be used to collapse every similarly named EDGAR vehicle into the same sponsor family.
SMALL SERIES VEHICLES REVEAL A DEAL-BY-DEAL MODEL
The amounts also suggest two different uses of legal series structures. Hanson-linked Series 2 raised $943,415 from 18 investors and closed its fixed offering in one transaction cycle. The Belltower-linked NI-0225 Fund III raised exactly $419,588 and was also fully sold, while Grant Park Ventures LP-E3 filed in January 2026 for a $174,000 offering with $145,000 sold and a $1,000 minimum. Grant Park Ventures LP-E1 initially reported $163,000 sold in July 2025 and later filed an amendment. Those sizes are far below a conventional institutional VC fund and are consistent with transaction-specific SPV or syndicate-style vehicles. The practical diligence issue is therefore underlying-asset identification: investors should know whether they are subscribing to a diversified Grant Park flagship fund, a follow-on investment in one portfolio company, or an administratively hosted single-deal Series. A Series name by itself does not disclose that economic exposure.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
Grant Park Ventures is not difficult to verify as a venture brand, but it is unusually easy to mis-map at the legal-entity level. The Hanson-linked SEC history reaches back at least to Grant Park Ventures Fund II LLC in 2018, while the 2026 Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC Series 2 filing preserves the same telephone number and again identifies Christopher Hanson. Separately, a growing set of Grant Park Ventures LP series is connected through Fund GP LLC and Belltower Fund Group and uses Washington contact information. Public evidence reviewed does not establish that these two architectures are one unified manager platform, so combining their amounts, portfolios or management roles would go beyond the available evidence. For FilingDossier, the most important conclusion is therefore entity-specific: verify the exact legal issuer, signer, administrator, telephone number and underlying asset before attributing any Grant Park Ventures Series to the public website or to Christopher Hanson.

FIVE FACTS UNIQUE TO THIS CASE
- Grant Park Ventures Funds LLC Series 2 raised exactly $943,415 and was fully sold to 18 investors in its May 2026 Form D.
- Christopher Hanson appears in the 2026 Series 2 filing, while Chris Hanson appeared in the 2018 Grant Park Ventures Fund II filing using the identical 408-206-6612 telephone number.
- A separate family of Grant Park Ventures LP Series uses Belltower Fund Group, Fund GP LLC, Washington addresses and a different 206-801-6359 telephone number.
- NI-0225 Fund III, one of the Belltower-linked Series, was fully sold at exactly $419,588 with a $5,000 minimum in June 2026.
- The official Grant Park Ventures website publishes a recognizable early-stage portfolio including Apptronik, Lunar Outpost and Shield AI but does not visibly identify the SEC Series entities or Belltower relationship.

ENTITY-SPECIFIC RISKS
The same Grant Park Ventures name appears across SEC issuers with materially different governance chains. Investors can easily attribute a Belltower-administered Series to Christopher Hanson without sufficient evidence. Small Series offerings can represent concentrated exposure to a single private company. A fully sold offering does not reveal the current fair value of the underlying investment. The $0 minimum on Series 2 is a Form D field and does not necessarily mean investors were admitted with no practical minimum. The public website portfolio should not automatically be assigned to every similarly named SEC Series. Different addresses and telephone numbers are meaningful entity-verification signals in this case. Administrator, GP and investment sponsor roles may be split among different legal parties. Series-level fees can materially affect returns in offerings under $1 million. Form D does not identify the underlying portfolio company for generically numbered Series such as Series 2.

IMPORTANT FORM D NOTICE
Form D is a notice of an exempt securities offering and does not represent SEC approval, endorsement or verification of Grant Park Ventures, Christopher Hanson, Belltower Fund Group or any underlying portfolio company. In this case, the principal diligence risk is entity attribution: multiple SEC issuers use Grant Park Ventures naming conventions but show different addresses, telephone numbers, general partners, administrators and signers. FilingDossier therefore keeps those regulatory chains separate unless a direct ownership or management connection can be independently confirmed.
