It does not prove a common investment mandate.
The predecessor vehicle explicitly used "Crypto Opportunities" in its legal name. Endurance Fund does not disclose "crypto," digital assets, equities, credit, macro, derivatives or any other asset class in its Form D name or strategy fields. FilingDossier therefore does not automatically characterize Endurance Fund as a cryptocurrency hedge fund simply because Clear Harbor previously managed a Curio-branded crypto vehicle.
RULE 506(C) AND INVESTOR PROFILE
Endurance Fund's use of Rule 506(c) differentiates it from most funds in this current FilingDossier batch. Rule 506(c) allows issuers to engage in broader solicitation, subject to verification that purchasers are accredited investors. That does not make the offering public in the same sense as an SEC-registered security, and it does not remove private-fund eligibility, disclosure or liquidity risks.
The $1.698 million Form D minimum suggests the fund is targeting substantial private capital rather than small retail subscriptions. Two investors accounted for approximately $6.389 million sold at filing, implying a relatively concentrated initial LP base.
That concentration deserves attention. A small investor base can be operationally efficient, but it can also increase dependency on a few limited partners. If a fund permits redemptions and one major investor withdraws, portfolio liquidity can become more important. Exact redemption, lockup, gate and side-pocket terms are not available from Form D and should be reviewed in the partnership agreement and offering memorandum.
STRATEGY AND PORTFOLIO INFORMATION GAPS
The most important unresolved issue is Endurance Fund's actual strategy.
The SEC filing tells investors that the vehicle is a Hedge Fund, but does not state whether it invests in public equities, digital assets, commodities, credit, derivatives, private securities, systematic strategies, options, macro positions or a combination of these. The "Endurance" label itself does not establish an investment style.
Clear Harbor's public website describes portfolio management and alternative investments within its wider advisory offering, but its consumer-facing materials are centered primarily on wealth management for entrepreneurs. FilingDossier did not find a public Endurance Fund strategy page establishing its benchmark, gross and net exposure, expected volatility, leverage, liquidity or asset-class allocation.
This information gap is important because a hedge fund can encompass radically different risk profiles. A long/short equity fund, concentrated digital-asset fund, private-credit strategy and options-based volatility fund can all use the hedge-fund classification while having completely different liquidity, drawdown and valuation characteristics.
Investors should therefore obtain a current private placement memorandum or equivalent fund document before interpreting the label "Endurance."
$6.39 MILLION SOLD VS CURRENT AUM
The September Form D's $6.389 million amount sold is strong evidence that the fund had received meaningful subscriptions soon after launch. It is not necessarily current assets under management.
If $6.389 million was contributed and immediately invested, subsequent performance could increase or reduce fund NAV. Fees, withdrawals and distributions could further change assets. The Form D also selected "Decline to Disclose" for NAV, so investors should not state that Endurance Fund "manages $6.39 million" as if that were a current audited balance.
The safest wording is that the fund reported approximately $6.39 million of securities sold to two investors as of its initial 2026 filing.
Similarly, Clear Harbor's broader advisory business metrics should not be merged with Endurance Fund. Any adviser-level AUM appearing in Form ADV represents Clear Harbor's wider client assets and is conceptually separate from the fund's own capital.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OPERATIONAL DILIGENCE
The public filing identifies Clear Harbor as investment manager but does not disclose a complete service-provider stack. It does not name the fund administrator, auditor, prime broker, custodian, bank, outside legal counsel or independent valuation provider.
Their absence from Form D is not evidence that they do not exist. Form D is not designed to provide a full operational due-diligence schedule.
Prospective investors should verify who maintains the books and records, who calculates NAV, where liquid securities and cash are held, whether financial statements are audited, how illiquid or alternative assets are valued, whether the manager uses a prime broker, whether digital-asset custody is permitted, how investor redemptions are handled and whether the fund can employ leverage or derivatives.
This is particularly important because Clear Harbor's earlier Curio Capital vehicle was explicitly crypto-oriented. Even though Endurance Fund's strategy is not publicly confirmed as crypto-related, investors should ask directly whether digital assets, tokenized assets, crypto derivatives or other alternative assets are permitted under the governing documents.
REGULATORY AND CORPORATE FOOTPRINT
Clear Harbor Wealth Management is independently identifiable through adviser-regulatory records under CRD 311114. Its Form ADV lists the full legal name Clear Harbor Wealth Management LLC and confirms its advisory-business identity.
The Florida Division of Corporations separately identifies Clear Harbor Wealth Management LLC as an active Florida LLC and Dustin Terry as manager. The address shown in current Florida records also matches the fund's current Destin office.
These cross-checks are useful because they create three separate identity layers: SEC Form D evidence for Endurance Fund, investment-adviser records for Clear Harbor, and Florida corporate records for the management company.
This is stronger verification than relying solely on a marketing website.
RISKS AND DILIGENCE QUESTIONS
The principal risks arise from strategy opacity, investor concentration and the limited operating history of Endurance Fund itself. The fund was formed only in 2026, and its initial Form D provides no audited performance, holdings or portfolio allocation. It reported only two investors at filing.
Prospective investors should obtain the fund's private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, subscription agreement, fee schedule, performance-allocation methodology, high-water-mark provisions, management-fee terms, redemption frequency, notice period, lockups, gates, side-pocket authority, leverage limits, derivatives authority, valuation policy and conflicts disclosures.
They should also ask for the exact relationship among Clear Harbor Wealth Management, Curio Capital Endurance Fund GP LLC and Richard Chen, including ownership and control of the GP, investment-decision authority and the role of any investment committee.
Because the fund is offered under Rule 506(c), investors should independently confirm the procedures used to verify accredited-investor status and ensure that solicitation materials are consistent with the formal offering documents.
Historical continuity with Curio Capital Crypto Opportunities Fund also creates a useful diligence question: does Endurance Fund represent an evolution of the earlier crypto strategy, a completely separate mandate, or a broader multi-asset hedge-fund offering Public filings do not answer that question.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
Curio Capital Endurance Fund LP passes the basic identity-verification test with relatively strong supporting evidence. SEC EDGAR confirms the 2026 Delaware hedge fund, its GP, Clear Harbor Wealth Management as investment manager, Rule 506(c), Section 3(c)(1), August 31 first sale, approximately $6.39 million sold to two investors and a $1.698 million minimum investment.
The management platform is also independently identifiable. Clear Harbor maintains an established Destin office, a public advisory business, an identifiable founder and regulatory records. SEC and FINRA evidence further connects Clear Harbor and Dustin Terry to the earlier Curio Capital Crypto Opportunities Fund, giving the Curio fund family a documented history predating Endurance Fund.
The main limitation is not identity but investment transparency. Public records do not establish Endurance Fund's precise strategy, holdings, current NAV, leverage profile or full institutional service-provider lineup. Investors therefore need substantially more vehicle-specific information before assessing investment quality.
Form D confirms an exempt securities offering. It does not constitute SEC approval, validation of performance or an endorsement of Curio Capital Endurance Fund, Clear Harbor Wealth Management, Curio Capital or any related person.

FilingDossier therefore does not assume that Endurance Fund follows the earlier Crypto Opportunities mandate.
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION NOTE: SEC EDGAR confirms Endurance Fund's legal identity, GP, investment manager, hedge-fund classification, Rule 506(c), Section 3(c)(1), first-sale date, $6.389 million sold, two investors and $1.698 million minimum. Clear Harbor's official website independently matches the fund filing's address and telephone number.
